Ground breaking!

Got word today from the PM that they broke ground on our lot and will be pouring the concrete next week when it's warmer. Here a few pictures.

    Awesome news Potomac shores is a great community. Live in near you. If your PM is Dave he is amazing.

      Thanks Erica! Where do you live and how did you find the blog? Our PM is John but we've heard good things about and he has done several other RH communities (mainly in the Bristow area). He is just the PM of "The Cove" neighborhood in Potomac Shores. The other 4 neighborhoods have a different PM. I think they did that so they can pay attention to the details they are overseeing and not becoming overwhelmed so I'm glad they divided the PM work up by neighborhoods.

      Your Welcome! I currently live in Southbridge in dumfries! I've been reading ryan home blogs as I'm am in the buliding process as well. Moving south towards fredricksburg. Oh okay well Dave was my PM and he was leaving to Potomac Shores he was wonderful. I look forward to your journey and thank you for sharing it. Congrats on your new home!

      I know Southbridge! Fredericksburg is great and the cost of living will be so much better than PWC. Ryan Homes definitely has some nice communities there! Thanks for writing and I hope you'll continue to follow my blog!
